Thread: Need shifter linkage part for 65 Galaxie

I need the following part for a 289 powered 65 Ford Galaxie. Probably can be found on other cars. Car is a column shift with a Cruise-o-matic. The part bolts to the bellhousing and supports the shifter linkage.

I know what part you are talking about, my '67 Falcon has it cast onto the engine block ( a 200 6 ). Check with dearborn classics, they might have somthing.

65 to 68 will work,I can look the next time I go to the junkyard but it will probably be a month or so. Jeff
