Thumbs up Edelbrock Carb 4 SALE

    Hey Guys.
I've got a 4bbl Edelbrock Performer 600cfm carburetor for sale. It is in great running shape. I just took it off my engine to upgrade to a bigger demon carb. It is part #1406 with an electric choke. Great carburetor, I highly recommend running on a stock to mild street application. FOR SALE 4 $100.00 + S&H

    S&H = 15.00

Email me at rbrown4@hotmail.com for any questions [:

    Thanks, Bob B.

    Question

I've got a couple of questions.

Will it bolt to stock Quadrajunk manifold?

And do you have a pic link for it?

It's not for me. My pop has a '75 1ton FB.

    Thanks.

Doesn't Edelbrock run two different bases?

I know they have a Rottenchester base, but don't they also have a Holley base?

Which was why I asked if his would bolt up or not.

Not to disagree with anyone but a quadrajet carb has a spread bore base and a Edelbrock Performer had a square bore base. Takes an adapter plate to make it work on a spread bore intake.

lol Thanks but I knew that already.

Some people don't know the term so I use layman terms.

    "Rottenchester" being the spreadbore.

    "Holley" bein the squarebore.

Or is that the other way around? lol

    Thumbs down

Hey Guy's, watch out for this guy! I sent him the 100 + the 15.00 for shipping on Sept 1, and no response. Silly me, I have not been scammed by another hotrodder in over three years of buying stuff on the internet, hope nobody else gets taken by this guy.

Have to apologize, the carb finally showed up. I still have no response from the sender. If he would have let me know what was going on there would not have been a problem. Sorry for my prior remarks!!
