    1968 Ford Top Loader 4 Speed Transmission

     



    1968 Ford Top Loader 4 Speed transmission with close ratio 28 splines. From big block 390 Fairlane or Montego. Also fits big block 428 including Cobra Jet. Good Condition . Also includes hard to find Hurst shifter linkage. Call Dan for more information. 724 224-0761

    As faras I know, the 390 and 428 did not share a toploader. The 428 had the 1 3/8 input haft, the 390 1 1/16

    I don't have the answer to that. It belongs to my brother ,but he is very knowledgable about anything Ford.

    regular 428's had 1 1/16 ,cjs had 1 3/8.
