Big Block Chevy 454
Anyone interested in a built 454 big block chevy
Really need to sell fast Just built july-aug. this year.
MOTOR:
454 2 Bolt Block
STD bore TRW Speed pro Dome Pistons W/ Moly Rings (12-1 comp.)
Large oval port heads (Closed Chamber) O-Ringed
Copper head gaskets
Motor is completely ARP Studded
Scat 9000 Crank STD./STD.
Stock Rods W/ arp Bolts
Clevite 77 HX Racing Bearings
Comp- Cam .629 - .629 lift
Double roller timing set, pushrods, lifters, springs (All comp)
roller rockers
arp rocker studs
stud girdles
moroso tall alum valve covers W/ 1.5" spacers under them (needed more room under valve covers)
Edelbrock-victor intake
melling high volume oil pump
moroso 9qt oil pan and pick up
arp oil pump shaft
billit water neck W/ restricter plate
cast alum timing cover (also has comp roller cam button installed)
Motor runs great.

Why are you selling it ? What is it installed in right now ? I am in St. Louis for the next week ,How far are you from here.Friends dont let friends drive fords!

Selling because I need the money, Had my own buisness last year and It didn't go so good so needing money. it is installed in the truck that is my avatar on this site.
I'm about 3-1/2 to 4 hours west of St.Louis

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
