sbc v-8 305 engine,trans, and carb combo

i'm selling this 305 combo that was in my 56 chevy when i bought it..it ran good and strong but i would get a rebuild..the engine is a late model engine, early 90's late 80's range..asking$825, but i am seriously open to offers..i need to get rid of this to pay off some bills so make me an offer..i'm located in auburn,alabama..i will ship if buyer arranges..e-mail or message me with any questions, or offers-i can e-mail pics..harrisl@auburn.edu.....i need to get rid of this thing so make an offer...
