it's not that a 200 is a bad motor, there good motors, lots of people use them still in there Falcons/ Mustangs, but the pre '66 200's are pretty much worthless because a '66 ( maby '65 ) up 200 has 7 bolt mains, much stronger than the earlier 200's. a OZ 250 2V head bolts right up, has a bolt on intake manifold and flows much better than even the American 250 heads.
