If you look long enough and hard enough, you'd be surprised at how much you can save. My 84 running S-10 cost me $400 from a used car lot. My Son-In-Law got an 85 for $250, it ran, but needed a tune-up. I picked up a 52 F1 Ford pick-up, no engine or trans for $500. Then got a 327 Chevy crate engine for $400. These sellers were not fools, they sold at what they thought was a fair price. Take off the "Firm" part, negotiate, you'll sell faster.
