Nascar Tires
i have 3 NASCAR tires that still have about 50% life in them. i did some checking through wholesalers and such, and they are upwards of $400.00 a peice
i know for a fact one of them was used on car number 11,
i might let them go for about $100.00 a peice, and i might be getting 7 more!
i already know a few ppl who might want them but i thought i would put a post on here for you guys

Cut them in half, and sell them for 10 or 15 bucks a half, collectors will buy them, they sell them in the junk magazines ( harriet carter, ect... ) for like 30 a half. I don't think theres any use for used nascar tires, other than for collecting. It's somthing like 2 grand a set actully, saw that on a speed channel, comment made by bootie Baker, cause they were talking about tires. You don't know what you've got til it's gone

At the NASCAR Winston Cup races, you can buy the tires....they put a car number on the tire with chalk....as if someone at the tire demounting machine cares what car they came off of. Funny, the popular drivers have more "used" tires than do the not so popular drivers.....

Son, you apparently think you have something of value with these tires. The fellows on this board are simply trying to educate you to the reality of your situation.
Personally, I wouldn't walk across the street to pick up a brand new one that fell off a truck. I'm a drag racer and don't give 2 hoots in hell about NASCAR.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
