It is definately part of my inspiration, although mine will not be black, nor will it have a top (probably not anyway). I just love the stance of Lowe's 32. I am not sure if I can reasonably mimick his ride height as mine will be more of a driver than a show car, but I do want it to sit low. The biggest obstacle I foresee is trying to raise the reveal over the rear tires. I am not too worried about driving a car around that's in the weads (what scrub line), I've done it before, but I want to make sure the lines are right.Jason

we are getting closer to raising a reveal on a steel car to match the tires....ours has to raise about 5 inches!!!
There are two tough areas..... first, in the back of the tire where the reveal blends into the other lines.....as you go bigger, these two reveals meet higher on the body.
Second, the side of the body over the tire reveal is a compound curve on a steel car (should also be on a glass car). Simply cutting the reveal out of the steel body and raising it is tough since the panel curve is different. On a glass body, you might get away with adding material for the reveal.
If you look at the build article on the Ritzow deuce built by Rad Rides by Troy, http://www.radrides.com/photogallery.php?sub=ritzow they raised the reveal on a Brookville body. There is an illusion just in front of the tire that makes the reveal appear as a straight line for just a bit.... it's on both sides so I dont think that it is a goof up.
PS...Jason, the Lowe car isnt black....it's really dark cherry

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
