Thanks Guys, my plan is to use either por 15 , rust bullet or zero rust . It doe's not matter so much about top coat except that I will spray some sound deadner over it..
I will not sand blast this but rather scuff it as clean as possible . Actually most cars I have worked on have a fair amount of surfacerust inside of panels such as doors
and roofs. Darin
