help...............
i recently did a frame off on my 81 malibu. had it sandblasted and all paint stripped. next came the epoxy primer . did the epoxy before the bodywork because i knew there was going to be a delay on this project/ and did not want to keep the bare metal exposed for any lenghth of time. my question now is will bondo stick to epoxy. ................after bondo is applied do i reprime with epoxy.................any and all help much appreciated........thanks.......malibu81no replacement for displacement

I would DA the spot your going to fix to the metal. Do the repair and then spot prime the area so you protect the metal."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

Yes you can use bondo over the epoxy, but I recommend using a Polyester Glazing putty , the brand of epoxy you used should have a compatiable polyester glazing putty .
Just sand the areas where it is need with 150 grit sand paper and apply the glazing compound.
And It will need to be re-primed to fill small pin-holes and keep your color from soaking up when sprayed.
