Fiberglass gel coat. Paint it?
I know this is a car forum, but our church steeple is fiberglass and has a gel coat finish. It is somewhat discolored in some areas as it is about 9 years old. Can I polish this out with something or do I need to refinish some how? Somebody know about fiberglass?
