    what if you just take out one broad middle then just balance the make up on the board around the tubs looks like it woud not be much so two new boards. start were you want the SS trim to lay it out. check if one board out will work zipping the SS trim around the tub looks like that could work have or know someone with a mill ? it would be not to bad mount the trim strip to hard wood to hold it so you do not rap up the trim in the quill of the mill . last thing i would do would be cut the tubs. i have a 55 pickup that still is running around same tubs
