Most list 90 PSI as the Maximum operating pressure. Mine (Snap-on) runs just fine at 55 PSI... All the extra air pressure does is add speed to the sander which in turn adds more heat to the metal and wears out the paper quicker...

To your original question, nope, never have seen an electric in line sander.
