I have a 55 chevy which was painted 1997 Chrysler Dark Rosewood pearl,base coat clear coat using pga paint and Since it is a 7 year old paint job and beginning to show wear, I would like to repaint it a different color. Not being a painter can I paint over what I have or do Ihave to take it down to bare metal?
