I once tried sparying clear over chrome. It just turned an aluminum color. I repeated the process several layers, and each time it just turned back to the aluminum color, but with a sense of 'depth' and looked really nice. But nothing like chrome. Anyone ever tried shooting it OVER clear?.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
