Any paint is bad to breathe. I use a complete fresh air system to paint. Been painting for 20 years and now I have asthma because the doc said I became allergic to the isocyanates in the paint . ALLERGIC to something I have to use almost every day.
Get yourself a good system or mask or SOMETHING to protect yourself- painting eihtout anything just isnt worth screwing with your lungs....
