arm rests and vinyl dye
On my old '71 Pick-em-up, I have a mint pair or armrests....However they are green and would clash terribly with the red, white, and polished aluminum interior!!!!! I've checked most of the vinyl dyes that come in the rattle cans, and nothing is even close to matching the red in (and on) the truck. The white is plain old Ford Performance White, so I can get closer to a match, but not perfect their either.... Any ideas? How can I custom mix a paint that will stay on the armrests? Or should I just throw the armrests back on the shelf and build something out of aluminum and or wood? (The box is going to have an oak board floor, btw) I must have skipped school the day they covered this!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
