I'm confused. Is the art work included in that $2200 fee?

I am wet sanding and buffing a '48 chevy truck this week. I am into it on my 3rd day now and might be able to finish late today so I will have 30-35 hours in it plus $200.00 in materials.
Bill will be around $1600.00 for the customer.
If you are getting the art work included in your price I think that is a great price.
I am on the east coast....I am sure the West coast is higher
