I use a rack that holds 6, 12, and 24 inch paper. I can't even imagine working without it.

If you work for others, spread out the cost of the rack as labor. It will not actually cost them anything as it saves time.

Same thing goes for an HVLP gun, as it will save materials. A couple good jobs will pay for the gun.
