I've used the Bulldog before, on a couple really "rubbery" Banshees. You spray it over the cleaned and prepped plastic, then you can also mix it into each coat.
(1)- It is a plastics adhesion promotor....(smells like new vinyl, so I'm guessing it used a plastics solvent to "bite"),
(2)- crosslinker for intercoat adhesion,
(3)- and a flex agent....(I've seen pieces bent to about 30 degrees, which makes me pucker, but no problems yet.)
I don't know how flexible the Mule parts are, but I only used it for the initial "plastic to paint" step on this Rhino, since the plastic parts are pretty stiff.

The mules are fairly rigid. I'm going to do some customizing on the dash, that is really the only frail part of it and I plan on adding some reinforcement to it. Now all I need is some spare time to get at all these projects!!!!
