Sheet metal is a funny thing, moves around in many strange and mysterious ways. Sometimes there's a high spot, sometimes there's not. Sometimes the dent has stretched the metal enough that the dent has to be shrunk before it is filled or the previous low spot becomes a high spot.....
As for the bondo job, unfortunately there are lots of cars just like that running around looking shiny.....til the bubles show up and the truth is exposed....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
