if you got a PPG jobber near you, they sell a 2K epoxy roll on primer. you could get an engine degreaser gun and some spray on primer like a 2k or even just a surfacer, mix a little reducer in it and the gun will spray out the paint like it would the degreaser.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
