I agree the pics make it look like alum., the other pic of the fender don't look as much like that. I am kicking myself over and over for not asking the guy what color it was.

Update....The car will be painted with BC02 Orion Silver from HOK in November. Hopefully it will turn out good.

A year later and I finally see the owner of this car to ask him what color his car is. And the answer is........................................

Did you ever get your car painted? If so how did the HOK work out?

I painted my car using Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren "Crystal Laurit Silver" color code 977. It is a slightly large sparkly pearl-like bright silver and I get compliments all the time about the color. do a google or search ebay motors for slr mclaren and you will see the color.

Well yes and no....LOL! It was painted with Mercedes Brilliant Silver for the base and red white and blue for the flames, but believe it or not it is currently back in the paint shop being repainted. Below is a pic of how it did look.
