    Bumper fillers

How can I safely remove old flaking paint from the bumper to body fillers used on GM cars from the early 70's?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Bulldog chemicals makes a stripper for plastic and urethane parts.I have had good success with it. It come in aerosol and usually takes two times over to get most of the paint off.
