Something I just discovered today, is that if you Armor-All your Blitz Black paint job, it looks really nice.
I inadvertently got some Armor-All on a quarter panel when I was doing my wheels, and rubbed at it with the rag, and it wouldn't come off, just made a big shiny smear. So I spent the next half-hour going over the car with Armor-All so it'd, you know, match.
I figure with what I spent to paint this car, I couldn't really lose.
What I got was a kind of semi-gloss finish, and handprints and schmutz-marks come right out with a soft cloth.
That said, what I found when applying Blitz Black was that I should've used the hardener. I used 10:1 JDBB and mineral spirits, and it took it days to cure to a sandable finish. Real PITA.
Curious to know how yours turned out. Got pics?Dual Quad Tunnel Rammed "Are you INSANE?" 5.0L H.O. '78 Mustang II
