Yes, House of Kolor has a program to do exactly that. You can paint solid colors, two tones, fades, flames, graphics and draw directly on the vehicle. They have two versions ( professional - $299 and a single vehicle version - $49.95 ) It also won the NSRA new product of the Year last year
