Hi everyone, I found this site today while doing a search on a brake question for my car. I signed up right away!!!!
Here is a little info....I'll keep it short.
I live in Mi. the car I am working on / building is a 57 Chevy 2dr Hardtop.(I am old school pro-street) It has a stroker SBC 383 running a Weiand 671 with edelbrock carbs. trans is a turbo 400. Rear is a 12 bolt with 456 gears and moser axles running 14x32's now but 21" mickeys later. In front I have installed power rack and pinion steering,drop spindles,and disc brakes.
All the sheetmetal has been replaced and i am now saving for the paint job. It has been a slow / expensive process but i hope to be at the Woodward dream cruise next year.
