New dude
Just wanted to to sign in, and say howdy. My car is a '51 chevy that my dad gave to me about 5 years ago. I used to ride around in this car when I was 3 years old. He got the car in '68 and subframed it in '72 with a Monte Carlo clip. I have been scrounging parts for about 3 years getting ready for a frame off. I'm no stranger to fabrication and welding as I have been building bikes for 22 years and was a pipe welder by trade. I do have quite a few questions and I will be posting them soon. Thanks.Last edited by Nickel 1'; 07-15-2004 at 10:34 PM.

Rear view
Here's the rear view. As you can see, the old 'Cheby' is far from stock.

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
