Welcome to CHR 58fairlane. I had three black 58 Fairlanes back in the 60s. I wanted a 57 but kept finding good deals on 58s.
A friend just sent a 58 to the crusher. He let me strip it first. There wasn't much left. I saved the dashboard and inner and outer windshield garnish moldings, visors, hood latch, wiper assembly and motor. It had a few pieces of 6 cyl. side trim. If you need any of these parts cheap let me know. It's hard to find parts for 58s here so it must be almost impossible across the pond.
Welcome and get us somepictures as you progress...........nice to have you in club.
Hi
Some of the parts are interesting, the screen sourounds may be needed as I have sourced a replacement screen.
My wiper motor is non standard too.
Some idea of prices please.
BTW mine is the 332 FE block. :)

Welcome to CHR - What are your plans for the 58? Keep us posted with ideas & pics...
Great to have you here 58Fairlane.
That's a pretty good journal your keeping on the car. Kind of wish I had don that with my ol' truck when I started.
Keep up the work and take care. Let us all know of parts you might be needing. We can look for them here. And some like Al already have parts for you.
My current plans are to get her in a good condition.
Respray in original colours, white / yellow / white.
The roof will be metal flake white.
Flames or scalops on the nose.
Lowered all round.
Then play with the horses.
