Greetings to all. New guy looking for expert advice. I'm an "eclectic" car guy.......have a Vette, a Miata (wife's car) and am rebuilding a TR3........but I was raised in the "hot rod" era.

I've been "eyeballin' " T Buckets. There seems to be a wide variation in value. Leaving out the poorly done ones and half finished ones, I see prices from 10,000 to 30,000. I'm sure it has a lot to do with history, build quality, kit or "real", etc. But the variation seems a lot wider than full bodied hot rods. It appears there are kits out there to be had, some probably better than others. Comments? Thoughts?

welcome to the mad house...............I like my vette too.but also like rods..........also causing that price variation is where you are at in the states.....cars that sell for 10k here mifgt go for 15k in another state.....kits are ok as long as you look at a few and ask the owners about ease of assembly and quality of fit etc.,.also how dependable is the supplier at fixing complaints......good luck
