    Just checking in...

Hey guys. New to the site and thought I'd say hi. Been lurking on these forums from time to time and decided I may as well join.

45 years old PA born and raised but living in California for the last 26 years.

Back in PA growing up my Dad owned and operated Chuck's Auto body and Restoration based out of Tunkhannock, PA. Grew up around old cars and shared a love for them with my Dad.

I currently own a 1965 Ford F100 (3rd owner) and have put more money into this truck than I'd like to admit. Many things were done to this truck before I took ownership and many more things have been done to it since I've owned it.

Swapped in a 73 Ford F100 front end with disc brakes, powersteering and have a 73 Lincoln 460 engine sitting in there with Comp Cams, Edelbrock performer intake and 750 carb, all wiring under the hood and replaced and Pertronix Igniter II, 2.5" pipes running back to Flowmasters. 3 speed C6 trans out of 73 Lincoln, 4.11 gears in 9" ford rear-end, all sitting on a set of American racing 17" wheels. Zero rust, zero dings and a blast to drive.

I'm a big fan of the muscle car/truck look and slowly turning my F100 into a muscle truck. Future plans are to completely rebuild and build up my current motor and beef up the tranny to handle the extra HP I want but that is further down the road.

This truck is not my daily driver but it easily could be. It is very dependable after all the work I have put into it.

So I think that about sums me and my truck up.
