can this be modified with some sort of paid subscription?
I realize I'm a noobie boobie, but trying to sus out an electrical problem with another member and have to send them 5 messages to get the info across.
I will gladly pony up a couple of bucks for a paid subscription to be able to avoid this limit.
I don't remember the answer, but contributors did receive some percs.
But, if the person you are PM'ing isn't a "contributor, they will still have the limit.
where doth one contribute?

I dont want to cut out any contributions but you can send them your current email address as long as its under 1000 charcters!
I'm a noob so asking for personal info is a bit audacious IMO..
it was more of a curiosity question, though I guess like with all online communities it probably comes down to controlling the SPAMtards
