I have a 1935 Dodge KC 2nd Series Truck, been having it for 51 years. Me and a friend has just finished restoring it to original outside with a Chevy 5.3/4L60E under the hood. I have mag wheels on it and electric windows, cruise control 90 Chevy steering col. and original 2000 Chevy instrument cluster, also a good radio/CD system. The engine has about 300 hp and the truck weights 2500lbs, not a bad combo. I'm running about 1500 RPMs at 70mph which is a little slow RPMs, but I'm working to get a lower rear end ratio. It's painted a flat black with a few chrome goodies, let me tell you about the paint. I went to an auto paint store and asked for a gallon of flat black with the harder and thinner, they quoted me a price of $ 800.00, way over my budget. So I went to Tractor Supply and bought a gallon of tractor flat black for $ 25.00, and it's so hard you have to grind off the paint if you want to weld. The final coat was with John Deer Blitz black for $ 45.00, so I painted the frame and all the body for less than $ 100.00. and it looks great. The wheels I found at a swap meet, but I don't know the brand, can anyone identify these brand of wheels?
