New Member from Virginia
New member here. I just found this site via the Club Cobra newsletter. I've been a member there for a few years and didn't know about this forum. I've loved hotrods for many years but never owned one until recently. We picked up a 32 Ford pickup at the Mecum Harrisburg auction in July. It's an all steel body with fiberglass fenders and running boards. Original style suspension. Chevy 350 and turbo transmission. It's been a lot of fun so far. I would have preferred a Ford engine because I'm a Ford guy at heart, but the Chevy runs well.
I have no immediate plans for changes but am looking forward to picking up some ideas here. Gas pedal placement is a little odd so that may be on the list for a winter project.
My other weekend toys are a 2013 Mustang converted to a Shelby GTS and a 1965 Shelby Cobra (CSX6000 series) built in 2011.

Welcome, good to have another Ford fanatic on board. Make yourself at home and I know you will find these members friendly and very knowledgeable as well.

Welcome to CHR, Al. The pickup sounds pretty cool, as does the CSX6000. Is your Cobra glass or aluminum? (not that it really matters, just curious...)

Here's a shot of the truck and Cobra. I don't have many good pictures of the truck. Was too busy having fun with it to take many photos. Now it's pretty much in the garage for the winter.

The Cobra is fiberglass.
