1967 rolls royce
Hello! I am new here and interested in the hot rod
Rolls Royce talk.
I have a 1967 rolls Royce with the old bake set up. Engine runs good with 109,000 miles. I am trying to change the brake set up so i don't have to deal with all the problems with old system. Can anyone suggest what master cylinder and calipers to use and best way to go about this. I am going to change it

Welcome aboard. What kind of fabrication skills do you have? In reality, the skies the limit, how much do you want to spend? Are you doing the work or are you hiring it out?
And we would love to see pics of the project.

I am ASE certified and can fabricate from the old school. I have a 1932 Ford sedan and 1923 T bucket that I built myself over 30 year ago. Both run well and drive them all summer. I will be doing the work myself. I can't down load pictures right now because my computer is not working right. Thank you for your response

From someplace in a foggy corner of my brain, I seem to remember that a Rolls uses a Hydro-Vac unit??? I also seem to remember someone on here a few years back having a Rolls that they converted to chebbie power???? Don't ask me the name, I think it's a good day when I remember my own!!!! Maybe Uncle Bob remembers????

And more recently we had someone who was going to rod his rolls and then found out it was more valuable to just fix it!
But, if you can fabricate and weld.. Call someone like Baer Brakes or Willwood and talk with their tech services.. I'm certain they'd love to help you and make a sale.
Parts probably aren't any more expensive than if you bought new from Rolls - Royce!
