New from North Carolina
Hello,
I just moved down from Ohio to North Carolina. I'm a retired firefighter and I restore antique fire trucks for fun. Now I'm branching out as I just started working on a 1928 Ford Model A CCPU that I'm converting to an RPU.

Welcome to the site, are they calling you a Tarheel yet?? Model A's can be fun and easy to work on.. Bought one of my first Model A sedan's in NC back in the '70s..You don't know what it is to love a car until you build one.

Yep! Good to see you here. Enjoy your stay and we're looking forward to seeing your build.
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
