New Kid on the Block
Hello guys, I jumped the gun a little and didn't take the time to sign in as a new member so i'm taking care of that now.. Working now on what has been my dream car for almost well over 30 years now... A '33 Ford Hi Boy. I started a '33 Roadster back in '85 after selling my '28 Model A that me and my dad towed home from N.C. to Calif. in 1970. Wanted to build the Hi Boy then but a friend gave my wife a ride in his roadster and she said that i should build one of those... well i did starting in early '86 and got it on the road in mid '93.. as things went i can count on one hand the times the wife road it with me... Sold the Roadster in '02 and really have hated it almost everyday since.. It was a very nice driving car.. About 4 years ago came across some write ups in a car Mag. called Street Rod Builder of this company in AR called N&N Fiberglass and bought a rolling kit from them, but due to all the work i had going on with other peoples cars it as taken me until about 10 months to really get going on it... I will start a new thread in the build site for anyone who would like to see how i've come ago... long winded but now you know where i'm coming from.. thanks.. wayne
