I'm in process of building a 40 Ford truck with my son. So far it's been a great father-son experience!! He is only ten but motor oil runs through his veins.

welcome .. it`s good to see so many new members joining lately and jumping right in with posting..
welcome to chr. it is the greatest joy and most frustrating experience building with your son. at least at his age he does not know everything like my 17 year old.
Welcome Aboard; this is a great site, enjoy.

Welcome also from me in the deep south of earth. It is good to have a young man to help and learn about building Hot Rods just remember to add a touch of petrol in his drinks to keep the juices following. We also love photos of your project and one with the father son beside the truck would be great.:3dSMILE:
Welcome to CHR...Good to see father and son working together
especially on a hot rod...Wish my son was like that..
Welcome to the zoo!!!
Lots of knowledge and experience floating around here, all available for the asking!
Glad to hear you've got your son involved, years ago my son & I built a '48 Chebbie 5 window 1/2 ton truck. He drove it all through high school, and according to our agreement, when he went on to college I bought him a more driveable rig.
What did he want? A truck with an air conditioner!
My daughter also drove the '48 for awhile until she backed into a tree after track practice.
Thanks for the great welcome!!! I will post some pictures of the build soon!!
Welcome to CHR! When you get ready to post pictures give Don's link a quick read to save yourself some time and headaches.
