Welcome to CHR!

I really like the early Chevy Novas. If it were me, I'd look at a kit like this one from Fatman Fabrications:

I installed one in a 63 Nova and it was pretty straight forward. Kit was exactly as billed and they have some great tech support for any questions.

The Macpherson struts and Carrara coils will more than handle a big block and this gets rid of the funky tie rod setup to allow the use of a stock pan.

Look here for headers:

Remember that you'll want 62-67 Nova big block Headers for aftermarket front clip.

YearOne makes BB motor mounts:

I grafted a tilt column from a 1981 Camaro into the 63 - gives key on the column and updated wiring. Requires some fabrication - I have used Borgeson for several projects as they have a real great selection of top notch steering u joints that fit GM:

Good luck and let us know how things go!
