New guy from Canada (Chevy owner)
Hey guys, just thought i would drop by, been checking this site out for awhile now and i finally got around to making an acount lol.
well my name is Joe, I am from Ontario, Canada. I have a thing for camaros but I love all cars lol, my dream car would ba a 70-73 Camaro split bumper but for now i have the 78-81 rubber nose camaro's.
First off i'll tell you about the 78, It was my uncles he baught new and he passed away and i own it now, it's all original but i will need to restore it. It has the original 350 w/4 speed manual tranny and i think it's a 373 rear.
The 79 i have is a parts car i will be using for the 78 and for the 80.
The 80 i have is in the process of being rebuilt, has a 350 w/th400. It was originally my cousins car. before i got it he put frame connectors, rebalanced drive shaft for th400, air shocks, partial T/A interior and let it sit. anyway i own the car now and im re-rebuilding it lol.
My 81 is newer to the family, it only has a 305 LG-4 with th/350 tranny, i traded an 84 C-10 for it, I did a bit of work to it but it's just a DD not a show car. redone some interior, painted light bezels, scoop and rad support. future plans are not determined yet, maybe a Z28 clone? but for now i just want to freshen it up bit by bit.
Sorry for the long post lol heres some pics
