Thanks! This is what I grew up on - just wish (in hindsight) that I'd spent even more time in the garage. Dad drove it back to ND one year. When he got back, he decided he wanted more leg room, so the idea of cutting off the back of the cab was born. The windows were formed using doors that were cut in order to keep the body lines consistent. I remember when he welded it back together - I was on the inside of the cab holding some sort of backing (aluminum if I recall) while he tacked it all in place. It was only like 90 degrees that day and I vividly remember getting there from work in shirt and tie as forgot to bring a change of clothes.
