Thanks for all the wonderful comments! I am planning on keeping the flathead....and yes the hillbilly mounts will be taken care of when the new suspension goes on. Eventually plan on buying a supercharged flathead crate motor....but that's a while away. Plans for this upcoming weekend include gas tank install and running new fuel lines. I'll keep everyone posted.

Welcome,
That is a great car to start with. I got my 34 from a guy in Palo Alto 44 years ago. Show more pics of the progress made so far. It's going to be sweet ride when done.
Jack.

Yes welcome,
Awesome original steel body, low owner, low mileage?, car with some personal history and with the fact that your dad was good enough to leave it to you when you were only 5 makes it even more sad and memorable. I am sure you will do your dad proud in whatever you accomplish, not only with the coupe but what you have done in your short life sofar. All the best with the car and your future, God Bless..
