    Great start there. I love that era Chevy pickup, no matter if they are done stock or modified............just very pretty lines to them.

    Yeah, they have great lines. I am not chopping mine or anything, just updating it, inside and out. I am basically rebuilding the entire inside of the cab. Floor, kick panels, firewall, all being redone. I have no rust where you can see through the car like the picture above, but when i really looked at it, a bunch of the hidden structure of the cab is rusted, to get to it, gotta remove the floor, firewall, and kick panels. Don't worry, i am not cutting them all out at once! pieces at a time, and bracing if i am taking anything out that could make the structure unstable. May want to take a look at your truck and see. The worst portion on my truck is the rocker panel forward of the door frame (like inside the body), and the section of steel on the front of the door frame (inside/underneath kick panel) where it connects to the rocker panel.
