New to the site
Hey everyone!
I just signed up with the forum and I thought I'd introduce myself....My name is Matt and I'm in Michigan. I just picked up a straight-rust free Second Gen Camaro this past fall and I'm just itching to get into it.
It's a 1971 Z28 Rally Sport, but right now it's pretty much just a clean shell. I plan to do the whole bit to it, starting with a rear axle/suspension upgrade. It'll be a few years until it hits the streets, but I enjoy the work so I'll be fun. This is my second 70's camaro, but this one I'll take my time and do a complete job. My last one I just did the engine and trans....
Anyway, I just wanted to give some info on myself and my car, so I guess I'll end it here.

Welcome Matt Your project sounds like something I did years ago on a 69 camaro. Send some before and after picturesKeep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
