    New guy

Hey fellas! Hows it goin'? My name is Harrison, I live in Cowpens, SC about an hour southwest of Charlotte, NC. At the moment my twin brother and I are going to WyoTech at the Blairsville, PA campus where I have been through the Collision and Refinishing program and I just started their Street Rod and Custom Fabrication class yesterday. It got me thinkin' that I wanted to start lookin' around at what Hot/Street/Rat Rod forums are out there. I've been interested in cars since I was in 6th or 7th grade and from then until now my brother and I acquired a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am and a 1973 VW Westfalia (Hippy Camper Van). We're currently rebuilding the T/A and we hope to make it a decent road course/auto cross/weekend driver type deal. The van is drivable at the moment, but it needs a paint job and... Well actually it really needs everything! lol I really want my next project to be a '32 5 window coupe, and I figured it'd be best to start lookin' for one now. I'm not too set on getting one any time soon because I'll be done with school in December and I'll be lookin' for a place to live and get a job at. Anyway, sorry for the long post... Lookin' forward to hangin' with and meetin' some of you guys!

Well, you're in the right place, Harry!

You will find this to be a gold mine of accurate information, advice, and tips on how to approach whatever problems might jump up in front of you as your projects progress.

......... And that includes paints and painting from a real expert or two who hang out here.

Shoot us a photo when you can.

    Glad to have you,

    Jim
