Welcome!
Awesome looking caddy man. I like the "Suede" Looks done to me!
Front Shocks will need to have custom brackets fabbed from the frame to the lower control arm. Many of the mini truckin websites and mags sell brackets that could work or be modified and in fact offer shocks for lowered vehicles (proper valving for lowered vehicles and sorter length)
what are you running in the rear for suspension (is that coil or leaf?)
Cool ride man, more pictures please

Here is a picture of a s-10 set up which has tubular control arms, you can at least see how they mounted the shock. Also you may want to try Lowrider Depot. Here is their ad on Mini Truckin Website:
Lowrider Depot
Lowrider Depot is the largest air suspension wholesaler on the East Coast, and offers a great selection for any of your air ride needs. An in-house custom metal shop manufactures a full line of metal products-right here in the USA. Some of the produced parts are four-links, which are custom-built to your specs; four-link parts, airbag brackets, notches, crossmembers, circle plates, steel tubing, and the list goes on. Lowrider Depot serves dealers anywhere in the world, with the lowest prices on quality air suspension parts.

Hope this helps. The mini truck and lowrider sites are a great place to find tips even for our old rides which are bagged.
