Hi.
My name is Richie. My ride is a 1968 Lincoln continental coupe. It has shaved door handles and a super straight and absolutely wave free body (that, was a lot of work). I am putting in a fresh 460 in it that I should have running soon. I have had it since 97 when I bought it from the original owner for 800 bucks. It was originaly midnight blue before I changed the color to the portofino blue metallic it wears now. It has a 66 grille for that floating grille effect with the rear bumper from a 66 which have the tailights in them since on the 68's the tails are in the quarters. I have also modified the rear lights so they are sequential when making turns or apllying the brakes.I have done all the work on it myself. It is funny , The guy's at work call it the RMS Titanic since it is almost 19 feet long. The only part of the car which I haven't done yet is the interior since that is the only thing on this car that I can't do myself.Last edited by topgun; 06-29-2008 at 11:19 AM.

Hope this inspires you !!!!You have done such a good job already ,might as well complete it all!!!!
A good book ,a little time and patience and I imagine you can make the inside look as good as the rest of the ride.Last edited by shawnlee28; 06-29-2008 at 11:58 AM.

Thanks Geezer. Land Yahts are really cool.
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
