Hello, I just joined. I have a 1948 Ford F-3 truck with a 226 ci flathead inline six. Bought it in 1999. Always interested in learning about new sites and vendors for quality parts. I live in North Carolina.

Welcome to CHR. Plenty of old truck guys here (old trucks and old guys). I don't have one, but my father in law has two, so I get to play with his 48 Ford and his 34 Ford whenever I get the chance.Bob

Yeah I love my truck. My dad and I are still in process of restoring it. It is a slow process. Its quite hard to find good parts for the F-3. F-1 parts are readily available but not many are for the F-3.
Finally tracked down my AC leaks, had to buy a sniffer tool to do it. It was one hose fitting that attached to the condenser and one quick connect fitting on my AC manifold hose. The thrill of...
