Hey Rodder;
Thanks for the nod and I am looking forward to bantering with you guys.
Hi Diamond
I am sorry if I mislead you or anyone else. I do not own a real typhoon, I own a clone. I guess I was of the same mind as you when they first came out, they cost too much. So what I did was build one out of a 4X4 S-15 Jimmy. I strapped on the awd and shoe horned a small block 400 in it. I installed the ground effects and then painted it this chameleon paint or some call it, flip flop.
You mentioned a super charger, however I am sure you made an honest mistake, they never came with super chargers, but rather with a 4.3 turbo. When you said that you located a typhoon in the states, does that mean he wants 25 U.S.? If so , that is way too much. I think 12-18 U.S. is the average pricing for one of these. There is a forum called “syty” and if you visit it and ask this question, you will have immediate accurate responses. http://www.syty.org/ Good luck.
Ps, AWD is an incredible advantage on street tires in the dry, in the wet, and in the snow.Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.
